EREA
Ernemann Real Estate Advisors (EREA) is based in the Roaring Fork River Valley in Colorado. EREA is a real estate consulting firm with a particular emphasis on research and analysis. A few examples of our most common engagements include property valuations, financial modeling for small and large development projects and historical market research.
The Rockies are our backyard and we specialize in mountain resort real estate markets. EREA was founded by Andrew and Ashley Ernemann with the goal of providing outstanding results to clients, partners and investors in all areas of real estate – particularly development, consulting and broker services. EREA approaches each project and property on an individual basis, and when necessary we assemble the team around the task at hand; we have the capability to tackle engagements in numerous locations with varying degrees of type, size and complexity. So much of our success and the outcome of any real estate endeavor is based on the quality of the individuals and the chemistry of the team involved. We place an emphasis on our rigorous approach to research and due diligence with every project, and we believe the intangible components to a project are just as important as the tangible ones (and sometimes more important) so we take a holistic approach to everything we do.
